About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator to support the Fitness and Sales teams. This role has a heavy administrative focus, involving handling escalated approvals, auditing contracts, approving personal training sessions, resolving membership/contract issues, and running reports. The position reports to the Membership Agreement Manager and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. The purpose of this role is to develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and achieves business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service.
  • Minimum of 2 years admin support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Must live in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
  • Must successfully pass background check.
  • Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
  • Ability to access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system.
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Managing escalated approvals from Fitness and Sales teams.
  • Auditing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolving escalated membership and contract issues efficiently.
  • Generating reports to provide insights and track progress.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to membership agreements.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while carrying out tasks effectively.
