About The Position

The Membership Coordinator serves as the primary contact between Key and its service customers, focusing on initiating and retaining service memberships. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and retaining members, managing customer accounts, and supporting marketing initiatives. The coordinator is responsible for enhancing member engagement through targeted communications, including emails, text messages, and calls, and addressing inquiries to cultivate a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in member management, customer service, or sales roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and handling inquiries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with CRM or database management software.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create new memberships, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring member databases (e.g., CRM) are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Act as the primary contact for membership inquiries, delivering superior service to members via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to execute marketing campaigns, promote membership benefits, and actively work to retain existing members.
  • Monitor membership metrics, prepare reports on growth and revenue trends, and analyze data to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with departments such as accounting regarding dues, payments, and billing as necessary.
  • Book Incoming Service & Sales Requests.
  • Assist with ALL incoming phone calls.
  • Book All Evaluations (Diagnostic/Demand /ER Calls) – as needed.
  • Assist with Digital Demand Leads – as needed.
  • Assist with Contact forms (website, info emails, etc) – as needed.
  • Assist with daily communications with Techs & Customers - as needed.
