Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or membership management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the shooting sports and training industry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to enhancing member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage membership inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all members.
  • Process new member applications and renewals efficiently.
  • Coordinate member events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
  • Assist in the development of membership promotions and marketing strategies.
  • Provide support to members regarding facility usage and training resources.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in membership services.
