About The Position
Primetime Fitness, a Crunch Fitness franchise partner, is hiring a front desk team member for Crunch Fitness Campus. The role welcomes members and guests, supports check-in and membership inquiries, promotes memberships and services, and helps maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized gym. The position requires availability for weeknight evenings and weekend closing shifts. Shifts are 4 or 8 hours depending on coverage needs. Work is in person.
Requirements
- Reliable availability for weeknight evening and weekend closing shifts.
- Friendly communication and strong customer service skills.
- Comfort discussing memberships and working toward sales goals.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and create a positive, inclusive experience.
- Answer questions about memberships, club services, and gym equipment.
- Conduct club tours, follow up with prospective members, and enroll new members.
- Generate appointments through referrals, outreach, and phone calls.
- Promote membership options and services suited to prospective members’ needs.
- Maintain accurate member, prospect, and sales activity records in club systems.
- Complete facility walk-throughs and help maintain a clean, organized club.
- Support evening operations and complete assigned closing duties.
