About The Position

This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Washes and the company's “Be Super” membership sales approach. The position requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting, with an emphasis on integrity, trust, customer service, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. Associates work primarily outdoors and regularly interact with customers and colleagues. The work may involve changing weather, moderate to high noise levels, and a fast pace, particularly during peak hours. Physical activity includes prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, equipment operation, and stamina throughout the shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
