About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate drives sales by communicating the benefits of Super Star Car Wash products and services. Using a consultative sales approach, the associate helps customers understand their options and find solutions that meet their needs. This entry-level role includes paid training in the company’s products and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. The role is based in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to ethical, customer-focused sales.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least 18 years old.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform the listed duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
