About The Position
As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating the benefits of the company’s products and guiding customers through their options using a consultative sales approach. The role involves helping customers find suitable solutions, building trust through integrity, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Paid training covers Super Star Car Washes and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. This entry-level sales role focuses on selling products that can save customers money. The position is primarily outdoors and involves regular customer interaction, collaboration with colleagues, and working in varying weather and noise conditions. Team members may be eligible for base pay, weekly sales commissions, and monthly membership retention bonuses based on individual performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform manual tasks, operate equipment, and maintain stamina throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ask questions to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Provide friendly customer service and build customer trust.
- Close sales using effective communication skills.
- Introduce and sell products and services to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
- Keep up to date on products and services.
- Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
