About The Position
At Stretch Zone, the Membership Sales Associate helps people pursue their health and wellness goals through the company’s practitioner-assisted stretching membership model. The role focuses on membership sales, customer service, appointment scheduling, member retention, and promoting the value of stretching services. Stretch Zone provides in-depth training and support; no degree or prior sales experience is required. Stretch Zone practitioners use patented and proprietary equipment and follow specific protocols to position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using principles of neuromuscular behavior. Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales to guests who visit Stretch Zone.
- Greet guests, schedule appointments, answer the phone, and address member concerns.
- Support member retention by following daily operation guides, providing excellent customer service, and conducting consistent follow-ups.
- Meet sales goals, encourage add-on sessions, and work to improve sales skills while promoting practitioner-assisted stretching.
- Build positive and professional relationships with members and team members, helping protect Stretch Zone’s culture.
