About The Position
Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a full-time Membership Sales Associate in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The role combines Wash Club membership sales and customer service with car wash operations, administrative tasks, cleaning, and teamwork. The associate helps customers understand membership and wash options, works toward sales goals, and contributes to a safe, welcoming customer experience. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather, standing for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as bending, lifting, sweeping, and cleaning. Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and explain Wash Club Memberships and available wash services.
- Promote and sell memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Build customer relationships and provide a positive, welcoming experience.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Represent the Waves brand with a positive attitude and maintain a clean, presentable sales area.
- Remain present in sales lanes in varying weather conditions.
- Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and check for loose parts and accessories.
- Identify vehicles requiring special attention or pre-wash preparation.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
- Monitor, refill, or change chemical levels; assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs as needed.
- Clean vacuum areas, the tunnel, parking lot, and customer amenities; perform other assigned cleaning duties.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
- Enter membership applications and help customers update accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and membership information.
- Complete required hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Work with site leadership and teammates to support daily operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
