About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a full-time Membership Sales Associate in Greenville, South Carolina. The associate promotes and sells Wash Club Memberships while providing welcoming, helpful customer service. The role also supports daily car wash operations, including vehicle guidance, facility cleaning, chemical monitoring, basic equipment upkeep, transactions, membership applications, and operational records. Associates work closely with site leadership and teammates and may perform additional duties assigned by management. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and standing for extended periods, including shifts of eight hours or more.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and explain Wash Club Membership benefits and available wash services.
Promote and sell memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Build customer relationships, provide a welcoming experience, answer questions, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally.
Represent the Waves brand with a positive attitude and maintain a clean, professional sales area.
Remain present in the sales lanes in varying weather conditions.
Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and check for loose parts and aftermarket accessories.
Identify vehicles requiring special attention or pre-wash preparation, including vehicles with heavy dirt or dirty tires and rims.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
Monitor, refill, or change chemicals and assist with preventive maintenance and basic equipment repairs as needed.
Clean vacuum areas, the tunnel, parking lot, customer amenities, windows, and equipment; empty trash, sweep, pressure wash designated areas, and perform other cleaning duties.
Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
Enter membership applications and assist with customer account updates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and membership information.
Complete required hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Work with site leadership and teammates to support smooth daily operations.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
