About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a full-time Membership Sales Associate (MSA) in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The MSA promotes and sells Wash Club memberships, helps customers understand available wash services, and delivers a welcoming customer experience. The position also supports car wash operations, administrative tasks, safety, and site upkeep. Team members work outdoors in varying weather and may stand for extended periods, including shifts of eight hours or more. Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is available.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and explain Wash Club memberships and available wash services.
Promote and sell memberships while working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Build positive customer relationships, answer questions, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Waves brand.
Keep the sales area professional, clean, and presentable.
Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and check for loose parts and accessories.
Identify vehicles needing special attention or pre-wash preparation.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete assigned checklists.
Monitor chemical levels, refill or change chemicals, and assist with preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs as needed.
Maintain clean vacuum areas, the wash tunnel, parking lot, and customer amenities; perform assigned cleaning duties.
Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions.
Enter membership applications and help customers update accounts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and membership information.
Complete required hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Work with site leadership and teammates to support daily operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
