About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers find suitable solutions. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Washes and the company’s “Be Super” approach to membership sales. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, integrity, and a commitment to customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customers’ individual needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Provide friendly customer service and build customer trust.
• Use communication skills to close sales and meet customer needs.
• Introduce and sell products and services to prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
• Stay informed about the products and services offered.
• Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
