About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers choose solutions that meet their needs. This entry-level role offers paid training on Super Star Car Washes and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, adaptability, integrity, and trust are important.

The role involves presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and other products and services, building customer relationships, providing service, and meeting sales targets. Work is primarily outdoors, with regular customer and colleague interaction and exposure to varying weather and equipment noise. The position requires extended standing and walking, manual tasks, and operating equipment. The role may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform manual tasks, operate equipment, and maintain stamina throughout a shift.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to identify customers’ individual needs and provide personalized solutions.
