About The Position
As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers choose solutions that meet their needs. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Washes and its “Be Super” approach to selling memberships. The role requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, along with integrity and a supportive, ethical approach to sales. The position is primarily outdoors and involves frequent interaction with customers and colleagues. Work may include exposure to heat, cold, rain, wind, and moderate-to-high noise from equipment and vehicles. The role involves prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform manual tasks, operate equipment, and maintain stamina throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ask questions to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Provide friendly customer service and build customer trust.
- Use communication skills to close sales and meet customer needs.
- Introduce and sell products and services to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
- Stay informed about the products and services offered.
- Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
