About The Position

StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, sales motivated, people person to join our StretchLab Mobile team! This is a perfect opportunity for candidates who are seeking a part-time position that includes sales, scheduling, marketing, social media, events and more in a fun and growth oriented wellness studio offering 1:1 assisted stretching. The purpose of the Membership Sales and Marketing Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, membership coordination and retention, retail sales, marketing and event planning.

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
• 15-20 hours per week; Saturdays required

Nice To Haves

• Health/Wellness/Fitness background and or undergraduate/graduate studies in health related field preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm stretch sessions for members and prospective members
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and comply with the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services and products to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Create social media content using Digital Stack and Canva
• Studio cleaning
• Other duties as assigned
