Part Time Membership / Front Desk
About The Position
Goldfish Swim School is seeking part-time Front Desk Sales Associates to support swim lesson success by guiding families through new and existing memberships, both by phone and in person. Associates introduce families to the program, help them through their first days at Goldfish, and support swimmers as they progress through the program. The role focuses on welcoming and informing families, promptly contacting new inquiries, converting inquiries into memberships, and contributing to membership retention and growth. Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred, but the school will train candidates with the right personality.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking with people and helping them feel confident in their decisions.
- Be comfortable helping families make membership decisions and confidently asking for the sale.
- Enjoy working toward goals and celebrating wins.
- Be able to build rapport with parents and family members and use available resources to meet their needs.
- Use observation, conversation, and relationship-development skills to identify parent concerns and offer solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Experience in a gym, fitness or recreation center, spa, hotel, concierge role, customer success, customer relations, sales or service team, or inside sales is relevant.
Responsibilities
- Guide families on new and existing swim lesson memberships by phone and in person.
