The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has an opening for a full-time, exempt Membership Coordinator in its Development department. Located in downtown Nashville, the museum documents and interprets the history of country music. It is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums and combines subject expertise, research, and preservation with creativity in music, art, and history. The museum collects artifacts, provides learning opportunities through educational programs, publications, and exhibitions, and features a core exhibit on the story of country music, as well as rotating exhibits. The museum also owns Hatch Show Print and operates Historic RCA Studio B. The Development department oversees all philanthropy, including museum membership, various giving programs, special events, and stewards relationships with members, the music community, officials, arts organizations, and donors. They advocate for the arts and publish strategic communications. The Membership Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration, coordination, and communications for the Museum’s general membership program. The regular schedule is Tuesday – Saturday, with some required evenings and weekends. Reporting to the Vice President of Development, the Coordinator helps implement the general membership plan and supports efforts to sustain and grow membership revenue through member stewardship, outreach, and reporting.
