Requirements

High school degree or equivalent
Ability to balance service, sales, and operational responsibilities
Professional and polished communication and rapport-building skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort using technology and CRM (customer relationship management) systems
Heart for hospitality and customer service
Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mentality
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Deliver concierge-level support and service to new and current members.
Onboard new members and guide them through various plans, upgrades, and services.
Answer members' questions, resolve concerns, and address issues impacting their experience.
Create opportunities to get members more involved with the business.
Find new ways to increase member retention.
Ensure member satisfaction from day one.
Balance service, sales, and operational responsibilities.
