Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to balance service, sales, and operational responsibilities

  • Comfort using technology and CRM (customer relationship management) systems
  • Heart for hospitality and customer service
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mentality

Responsibilities

  • Deliver concierge-level support and service to new and current members.
  • Onboard new members and guide them through various plans, upgrades, and services.
  • Answer members' questions, resolve concerns, and address issues impacting their experience.
  • Create opportunities to get members more involved with the business.
  • Find new ways to increase member retention.
  • Ensure member satisfaction from day one.
  • Balance service, sales, and operational responsibilities.
