About The Position

Blo Blow Dry Bar Tampa is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and organized Membership Concierge to grow its membership program and build meaningful relationships with guests. This part-time role combines guest-facing shifts with membership administration and offers hourly compensation plus opportunities to earn commissions and performance bonuses. The position provides an opportunity to develop sales, leadership, and business skills while contributing to membership growth.

Responsibilities

Introduce guests to the membership program and communicate its benefits.
Drive individual membership sales through proactive guest engagement.
Identify sales opportunities and convert interested guests into members.
Follow up with prospective members and reconnect with former members.
Build relationships with existing members to encourage loyalty and retention.
Assist with membership inquiries, account updates, billing questions, freezes, and cancellations.
Maintain organized membership records and track sales performance.
Work with salon management to achieve membership growth goals.
Support front desk operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
