About The Position
The YMCA at Franklin is hiring a Membership Attendant. This role is the friendly face that welcomes and assists members and guests. Responsibilities include greeting everyone with a smile, assisting with member needs, monitoring access to facilities, and keeping the Snack Shack running smoothly. The goal is to create a welcoming environment for all through enthusiasm and commitment.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 16
- A passion for helping others and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- New Hire Orientation training before your first shift
- CPR Pro/First Aid/AED (within 30 days)
