This is an on-site position for a Lead Member Engagement Representative. In this role, you will provide members with exceptional customer service, developing strong and supportive relationships that provide motivation and guidance focused on their specific needs. You will play an important role in connecting members with programs and activities that will help them achieve their goals, and assist with membership and program enrollment. You will also help oversee the daily functions of the facility/programs and provide leadership and guidance to other Member Engagement staff.
