About The Position

As a Club Concierge, you will establish a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for Members and their guests. You will be the first impression and point of contact for visitors, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit, answering incoming phone calls, and directing callers appropriately. The role provides an efficient arrival and departure experience, assists Members with service matters and concierge requests, coordinates activity reservations, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby.

Requirements

Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest service role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing memorable guest experiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Some college is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet, welcome, and acknowledge guests as they arrive, address Members by name, and create a warm and friendly initial impression.
Provide a professional and efficient arrival and departure experience and create memorable visits.
Anticipate and address Member and guest needs.
Assist Members with service matters, including concierge requests.
Escort guests to their meeting destinations.
Manage reservations for requested activities and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support teams in reaching common goals.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby that reflects a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
