Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Tech-savviness to navigate company systems.
• Willingness to become a Notary Public, with support provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with AAA sign-ups, renewals, and services.
• Issue EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
• Direct members to AAA travel and insurance experts.
• Become a Notary Public; support is provided toward obtaining this qualification.
• Take passport and international driver’s permit photos.
• Share information about AAA’s services and benefits.
• Plan road trips and book hotels and rental cars.
• Keep the work area welcoming and organized.
• Engage customers in natural conversation.
