About The Position

AAA Central Penn is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative (also described as a Member Specialist) for its branch in Camp Hill. The role provides personalized, face-to-face support to members, helps them make use of their AAA benefits, and contributes to membership growth and retention. The position offers a starting wage of $17.65 per hour and involves working in a fast-paced branch environment. The branch is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to become a Notary Public in Pennsylvania within 12 months.
• Ability to pass a Pennsylvania State Police background check for PennDOT services.
• Strong communication skills when assisting customers in person, by phone, or online.
• Good listening skills and the ability to make helpful decisions.
• Ability to adapt to new situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic comfort using computers and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and provide personalized customer service in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Assist with new memberships, renewals, and account updates to support membership growth and retention.
• Provide member services such as maps, TripTiks, EZPass, and retail merchandise transactions.
• Provide passport photos, International Driving Permits, and foreign currency services.
• Become a Notary Public, with AAA providing process support.
• Complete PennDOT services, including title transfers, registration, and licensing transactions.
• Refer members to AAA Travel Advisors and Insurance Agents when appropriate.
• Promote AAA products and services by identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience.
• Maintain AAA service standards and ensure each interaction is positive and professional.
