Customer Service Representative for AAA Camp Hill
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative, also referred to as a Member Specialist, serves as a welcoming face in AAA Central Penn’s Camp Hill branch. The role supports members through a range of membership, travel, merchandise, and government-related services while maintaining high service standards. The position involves frequent interaction with members and opportunities to learn new services and processes. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass and maintain Pennsylvania State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.
- Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, chat, and email channels.
- Active listening skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Comfort using various computer systems.
- Already be a Notary Public in Pennsylvania or be willing to obtain the credential within 12 months.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance.
- Process maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services.
- Guide members toward travel and insurance agents.
- Become a Notary Public.
- Perform PennDOT title and license transactions.
- Take passport photos and handle International Driver’s Permits.
- Refer members to additional AAA services and products.
- Maintain high service standards.
- Greet and assist members with professionalism and warmth.
