About The Position

The Member Specialist serves as a friendly, helpful point of contact for AAA Central Penn members at a branch or Giant store location. The role provides exceptional customer service and helps members access AAA products and services, including memberships, travel resources, notary services, and passport-related services. The position starts at $17.65 per hour and offers room to grow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for helping people.
• Willingness to become a Notary Public; support is provided.
• Clear communication skills in person, by phone, and online.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Tech-savviness to navigate company systems.

Responsibilities

• Help members with sign-ups, renewals, and AAA services.
• Issue EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
• Guide members to AAA travel and insurance experts.
• Become a Notary Public; support is provided.
• Take passport and international driver’s permit photos.
• Share the benefits of AAA’s full suite of services.
• Plan road trips and book hotels and rental cars.
• Keep the work space welcoming and organized.
• Engage customers in natural conversation.
