About The Position

Mountain Park HOA is seeking a friendly and dependable Member Services Specialist to be the welcoming face of their community. This role involves greeting residents and guests, sharing updates, managing memberships and reservations, processing payments, and maintaining the organization and appeal of the Clubhouse. The specialist will also contribute to community safety by monitoring security cameras and fostering a positive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable transportation
• People person who communicates with ease
• Stays organized
• Brings a positive attitude to work
• Comfortable with computers
• Eager to learn
• Ready to pitch in wherever needed

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is provided
