About The Position

The Member Services Specialist is a key member of the Mountain Park HOA team, responsible for ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for residents and guests. This position involves providing excellent customer service, managing essential administrative tasks, and maintaining community safety and engagement.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Employer provided)
  • Strong character, intelligence, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse community.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate various systems with ease.
  • Ability to consistently communicate with respect at all times with a positive attitude, utilizing conflict resolution skills as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the Clubhouse.
  • Complete all required training within the associated training timelines.
  • Must be 18 years or older with and able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate Clubhouse and HOA updates effectively to members, fostering community awareness and engagement.
  • Accurately process data entry for new memberships and member information.
  • Review, edit, and maintain accurate reservation schedules for Clubhouse facilities.
  • Process payments for services and maintain proper financial records.
  • Actively monitor security cameras to promote safety and security within the community.
  • Ensure the lobby and common areas are tidy, organized, and inviting.
  • Assist in maintaining and restocking the coffee bar area.
  • Demonstrates effective use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent office software to manage documents, create presentations, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work with organizational databases, industry-specific software, enter and retrieve data accurately, and generate basic reports as required.
  • Proficient with email platforms, virtual meeting software (Zoom, Teams), and other communication tools used within the organization.
  • Knowledge of data privacy best practice, especially if handling member or resident information. Understands the importance of confidentiality and secure data handling.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools or software introduced by the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
