About The Position

The Member Services Representative provides a positive member experience through excellent customer service and facility cleanliness. The role includes checking members into the system, touring prospective members and helping them sign up, updating member accounts, and responding professionally to questions and concerns. The representative also performs detailed cleaning throughout the facility, closes the shift, and prepares a bank deposit for the next day. This position works overnight (third shift) and may encounter commercial cleaning products. Team members must follow the club’s safety and cleaning protocols, including wearing a mask while in the club and supporting touchless check-in and safe distancing practices.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers while exceeding member expectations.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions and use appropriate behavior and language.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work third shift (overnights).
• Ability to stand and walk continually during the shift.
• Ability to talk continually in person or on the phone during the shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Tour prospective members and assist with the new-account sign-up process.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner, escalating to an Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Close the shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
• Wear a mask while in the club and follow applicable safety and cleaning protocols.
