About The Position

WESTconsin Credit Union seeks a Member Services Representative III to provide friendly, professional service to members and support their financial wellness. The role processes teller transactions and consumer loans, responds to member requests and concerns, and identifies and refers members to appropriate services. The position includes an every-other-Saturday rotation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer use, data entry, and typing.
• Positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Availability to work an every-other-Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Process teller transactions promptly, efficiently, confidentially, and accurately.
• Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints, and direct them to the appropriate person for assistance and resolution when needed.
• Learn to recognize members’ needs for services and present or refer services appropriately.
• Process consumer loans for members.
