About The Position

ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to help members achieve financial success. The MSS is the first point of contact for members visiting a branch, providing courteous and accurate service, sharing information about credit union services, and connecting members with products and services that may support their financial goals. The role involves learning and using multiple channels and systems to complete transactions and resolve member concerns on first contact. Candidates must be eligible for ICCU membership to obtain employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
Ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.
Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 20–40 pounds of office supplies, reach keyboards, and operate basic office machines.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the financial industry.
Prior experience in a customer service role.
