About The Position

Prospera Credit Union is hiring a part-time Member Service Representative (Teller) for its Neenah branch. The MSR is a critical member-experience touchpoint, serving as the face of the organization and a first point of contact. The role provides personalized service and offers members a range of financial products and services through meaningful conversations.

This position is 30 hours per week. The schedule is flexible Monday through Friday between 8:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m., with a Saturday shift once a month from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. The starting pay is a minimum of $18.50 per hour. Additional compensation includes a $1.50-per-hour bilingual differential, a stackable $1.00-per-hour differential for weekend hours, and eligibility for a quarterly Net Promoter Score bonus. The role is based at the Neenah branch, 934 S. Green Bay Rd, Neenah, WI 54956.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for helping people and being part of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to hear, assimilate, and solve problems quickly using a member-service approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, personalized service during each member interaction.
• Act as a representative of the organization and a first point of contact for members.
• Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, advances, and loan payments.
• Initiate conversations with members to identify their needs.
• Provide information and education about products and services.
• Make appropriate suggestions and referrals to specialized team members in areas such as loans, investments, and mortgages.
