The Member Service Representative (MSR) is one of our most critical member experience touchpoints; they are the face of the organization and first contact for members. MSRs provide superior service and an awesome experience to all members, offering a full range of products and services through meaningful conversations. We currently have an opportunity as a Full-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Service Rep (Teller) at our Ballard Location (4830 N Ballard Rd, Appleton, WI 54913): Starting Pay: Minimum of $18.50 Quarterly Net Promoter Score Bonus : Eligible for an additional bonus. Position type: Full-Time Work schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM Saturday: Once a month 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM Additional Compensation: Bilingual Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for bilingual skills Weekend Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked on weekends, stackable with bilingual differential

Requirements

  • The ability to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to hear, assimilate and solve problems quickly, using a member service approach

Responsibilities

  • Providing professional, friendly and personalized member service during each interaction.
  • Act as the face of the organization and one of the first points of contact for our members
  • Accurately processing a variety of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, etc.).
  • Creating conversations with members to help identify their needs
  • Providing information and education about various products and services
  • Making appropriate referrals, suggestions and referrals to other team members who specialize in different areas such as loans, investments, mortgages, etc.
