They identify and deliver solutions to Members’ financial needs through strong knowledge of products and services. Responsibilities include handling Member inquiries and complex operational issues, performing account and file maintenance, reviewing specialized accounts, and supporting departmental operations. The role also provides supervision, training, coaching, and technical guidance to Member Operations associates.
