About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Member Benefits Advisor to assist individuals and families with reviewing insurance protection options. This fully remote role involves connecting with prospective clients, learning about their needs, and providing information about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. The company provides warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and mentorship. This is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and licensing requirements at their own expense. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong client-service and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable using online systems and virtual meeting tools.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through.
- Able to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings.
