About The Position

As a Member Advocate I, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide who helps credit union members reach their financial goals. This role welcomes and supports members, builds genuine relationships, assists with account transactions and digital banking, and educates members about products and services. The position is part of a supportive, collaborative branch team in a mission-driven environment, with opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• A passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Cash handling or banking experience is a plus but is not required.
• Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support members, ensuring every visit is a great experience.
• Build genuine relationships and learn about members’ financial goals.
• Perform account transactions and assist with digital banking tools.
• Assist with basic account opening.
• Educate members about products and services that support their financial success.
• Make outreach calls to strengthen member relationships.
• Collaborate with the branch team.
