About The Position

The Member Advocate welcomes and supports credit union members, helping ensure every visit is a positive experience. This role builds genuine relationships, learns about members’ financial goals, performs account transactions, assists with digital banking tools, and supports basic account opening. The Member Advocate educates members about relevant products and services and makes outreach calls to strengthen member relationships. The position works collaboratively with a branch team in a supportive, mission-driven environment, with opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Cash handling or banking experience is a plus but is not required.
• Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
