About The Position

As a Member Advocate, you will welcome and support credit union members, help them reach their financial goals, and provide a positive member experience. You will build relationships, learn about members’ financial goals, perform account transactions, assist with digital banking tools, open basic accounts, and educate members about relevant products and services. You will also make outreach calls and collaborate with the branch team. The role offers a supportive, mission-driven environment, company-paid training and development, and pathways for career growth.

Requirements

• Passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Cash handling or banking experience is a plus but is not required.
• Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
