MEFPAK Facility Manager

About The Position

Provides functional-area subject matter expert guidance and support for MEFPAK facility management services to AMC/SG. Manages environmental, industrial, health, and safety regulatory compliance for AMC/SG PMI Centers. The role supports multiple-site facilities and real-property operations, including maintenance, repair, upgrades, lease administration, and facility project coordination.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance required.
Either 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree, or 22 years of experience.
Experience working as a Facility Manager in a healthcare or logistics facility.
HAZMAT Department of Transportation training required.

Responsibilities

Advise and assist with planning and implementing environmental, health, and safety policies.
Develop procedures for Government approval covering chemical safety, ergonomics, illness and injury prevention, and building safety across PMI program facilities.
Provide management expertise for multiple-site facilities supporting AMC/SG Program buildings, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate Government-prioritized minor facility construction projects and advise the Government PMI Program Management Office on facility lease negotiations.
Provide analysis and input to senior management to support daily maintenance and strategic direction of real-property actions.
Maintain standard methods and processes for facility life-cycle maintenance, repair, and upgrades.
Consult with PMI Centers on HAZMAT Department of Transportation requirements and HAZMAT transportation requirements.
Manage real property and transactions, including leasing, maintenance and sustainment, lease administration, utilities and other services, asset management, and financial analysis, to ensure sufficient occupant capacity while minimizing facility expenses and liabilities.
