About The Position

Cadence Petroleum Group is recruiting a Facility Manager for its Jefferson, Arkansas site. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Facility Manager delivers and executes daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives. The role oversees day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including staff and delivery support, schedules, truck loading and unloading, inventory accuracy, safety, customer service, and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse associates and support delivery drivers.
• Plan, monitor, and execute schedules, adjusting them as needed to ensure staffing supports operational demands and business objectives.
• Manage inbound and outbound truck loading and unloading while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain daily productivity, customer service, and safety standards.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain professional, courteous relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Communicate objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods, and related information to employees.
• Work with dispatchers to coordinate efficient deliveries.
• Apply knowledge of customer schedules, delivery times, traffic volume, and alternate routes to improve route efficiency.
• Safely load and unload products according to load size and content description.
• Maintain a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
