Workday is seeking a Medium Enterprise Account Executive to join their Field Sales organization. This role is crucial for driving new customer growth by focusing on net new revenue. The Account Executive will guide new customers in transitioning from legacy platforms to Workday's enterprise management cloud. The team emphasizes partnering with customers to create solutions that deliver long-lasting value and ensuring customer satisfaction from the beginning and ongoing. The role involves developing strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities within an assigned territory, performing account planning, and coordinating with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment. The Account Executive will also initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects, share Workday value propositions, and maintain accurate customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
