About The Position

Greenridge Estates is a family-owned Assisted Living Community located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We are looking for Medication Technicians who are dependable, respectful, friendly, and compassionate to assist our residents with their medication and care needs.

Requirements

• Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekend shifts.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to aid in resident transfers.
• Be able to walk/stand 80% or more of shifts.
• Be able to respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Tracking, ordering, and dispensing medications accurately to 30-40 residents.
• Conducting and recording blood sugar tests.
• Administering insulin injections.
• Obtaining resident vitals.
• Assisting in communication with family members and doctors.
• Scheduling doctors appointments.
• Assisting in caregiving as needed or directed.
