About The Position
The Medication Aide assists with or administers medications to residents as prescribed by a physician. The role documents medication-management information, notifies an LVN/LPN of negative medication reactions, assists with or manages medication refills, and updates records as needed. The schedule is 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday, part-time. The stated hourly pay rate is $23.50–$23.99.
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Coursework or training in medication administration; this is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
