About The Position

VillageCareMAX is hiring a full-time Medicare Marketing Coordinator for its Queens office as part of the Business Development team. The coordinator contributes ideas to identify community referral sources focused on the needs of the frail adult population and helps keep VillageCareMAX visible as an option for long-term care delivery. The role supports internal and external communications, coordinates presentations and events, and educates providers and consumers about the organization’s product lines. The position requires fluency in Cantonese, Fujianese, or Mandarin.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a health-related field, or equivalent experience marketing and selling managed Medicare and/or Managed Medicaid.
Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare, D-SNP, MAP, and Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) product lines.
Fluency in Cantonese, Fujianese, or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Scout, review, and track community-based organizations and referral sources.
Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, supporting Benefit Advisors, the Marketing Manager, and clients who support the marketing team.
Research and identify organizations in the assigned geographic area that provide health and social services to the frail adult population.
Coordinate presentations independently and maintain the event calendar.
Demonstrate knowledge of all product lines to educate providers and consumers.
Pass recurrent examinations required by compliance and regulatory requirements.
