About The Position
Performs laboratory analyses accurately, promptly, courteously, and effectively to support comprehensive patient care. At certain entities (BOS Urgent Cares), Lab Techs are required to support the TEAM CARE Model to ensure efficient patient workflows and achieve patient satisfaction goals. The estimated pay range is $32.76–$42.59 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Medical Technology or a related science, or equivalent education as required by the State of Florida.
- State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License or Temporary Clinical Laboratory License in the appropriate discipline(s).
- Complete knowledge of laboratory medical technology theory and practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for BOS Urgent Care locations only.
- No experience required.
