About The Position
The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) works on a Medical Surgical unit that cares for acutely ill adults and patients requiring emergent or elective surgical interventions. The unit is committed to providing the highest standards of professional care through a dedicated nursing staff. Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported for continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Current, active and unencumbered Oregon RN license
- At least one year of nursing experience in a medical-surgical environment
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- AHA ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
Nice To Haves
- Medical Surgical Nursing specialty certification is strongly encouraged and supported for continuous professional development.
