About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, night-shift Med Surg role at INTEGRIS Health Woodward in Woodward, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process, including documentation of care. The position may require floating to other units and participation in on-call status, and requires population-specific competencies. The Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The role may involve additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit-test requirements, with potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Population-specific competencies.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
Document patient care, including assessments and reassessments.
Develop plans of care.
Implement and evaluate appropriate patient care interventions.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
Float to other units when required.
Participate in on-call status when required.
