As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality, individualized nursing care to support patients’ well-being and recovery. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• One year of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired patient health outcomes.
• Recognize and respond to changes in a patient’s condition, including laboratory results, vital signs, signs, and test values, in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs, potential for harm, patient stability, task complexity, outcome predictability, and the nurse’s scope of skill and practice.
• Use knowledge of cultural differences to provide care sensitive to and consistent with patients’ cultural values, beliefs, and customs.
• Apply negotiation and conflict-management strategies.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
