About The Position
Santen is a specialized, Japan-originated global company focused exclusively on eye health, with more than 130 years of heritage and operations in over 60 countries and regions. The Medical Representative will work exclusively with ophthalmologists, sharing scientific and product-related information and supporting ophthalmology practice. The role involves approximately 14 meetings per day, including business trips to Chernivtsi, and building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare specialists. The position contributes to Santen’s mission to improve eye health and patient well-being.
Requirements
- Medical or pharmaceutical education.
- Category B driver’s license and driving experience.
- Ethical business approach.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent Ukrainian.
- Desire to grow and learn.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Flexible, communicative, and well-organized.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an international pharmaceutical company.
- English language skills.
