About The Position
This is a full-time locum tenens position for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant specializing in Medical Oncology. The role involves providing clinical coverage in inpatient, outpatient, clinic, and treatment center settings. The NP/PA will manage patient infusions, monitor for reactions, conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Accurate documentation in the Epic EMR system is required. The position is located in Edmonds, WA, with a shift schedule of 4x10-hour shifts from 8a-6p. The coverage period is ongoing, starting October 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
- DEA Required
- BLS Certification
- Experienced in Oncology clinic
- Hospital Privileges Required (Temporary Privileges Available)
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time Oncology coverage in clinic, treatment center, and hospital settings.
- Manage patient infusions and monitor for infusion reactions.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
